One might expect future space shuttle vehicles to operate much like a conventional airliner. Inevitably designed for efficiency in all areas, such a craft would probably be quite large. Fleets of such vehicles would open outer space to the industrious pursuits of humanity, and no doubt pave the road to the stars.
